I can’t believe it’s already 2011. And I’m doing my first post for a weekly meme after having only a few hours of sleep. I do hope you all had a blast celebrating New Year like I did. And if you’re just about to welcome 2011, I do hope you have a great time celebrating it with your family and loved ones. So here’s what I have to say for this week’s Saturday 9 random questions:
1. Do ya love New Year's Eve? What did you do? (Or if you arrived here early, what are your plans?) Yes! We went out of the house to watch all the awesome fireworks and ate dinner with the family.
2. What’s something nice you did for someone else this year? I can’t remember. But I know I did some good things this year.
3. Who do you wish could find their inner spirit to become more comfortable in their life? A friend of mine who just thinks he’s being cool by showing others that he’s mean.
4. What’s the best thing to inherit other than money? Good values
5. How many members of your family not living with you did you see on Christmas Day? We spend Christmas at hubby’s hometown so we get to see his parents and brothers during that time of the year.
6. When spending time with family, how long after you arrive do you begin to feel "antsy" about being there too long? When I’m already bored.
7. Is your family more likely to have pleasant discussions or heated arguments during a big meal? Do you join in or quietly listen in? Pleasant discussions would be it. If it’s something that I know, I join in.
8. Did you get everything you wanted for Christmas? What one thing that you didn’t get would you like to have received? I got a new shoulder bag and I just love it! I guess I’m okay with that I got this Christmas.
9. What’s one area of your life you really improved this year? Remaining positive and happy even in difficult situations.
Happy New Year!!! J

#4 -- excellent answer! I wish I had thought of it.
ReplyDelete#9 -- which usually helps to make difficult situations less difficult! One's attitude is crucial. We all choose our own happiness and our own discontent.
You pretty much described my man in #3. lol
