One of the free ad sites that helped me market the house and lots I was selling when I was still a real estate agent was AyosDito. I joined a real estate group that were mostly internet marketers and it was my manager who introduced me to use this free ad site, as most of their clients and inquiries were coming from their posted ads at AyosDito. True enough, when I started using and posting ads through AyosDito, I found myself answering inquiries almost every day from potential buyers here and even abroad, and most of my successful sales came from my AyosDito ads.

Using AyosDito to post your ads is really simple. You just need to put in your name and contact details, the ad title and description of the item you're selling, price and a couple of pictures, then you just need to confirm your ad through a link they'll be sending in your e-mail. You don't need to type in tags or keywords like second hand car Philippines or house and lot for sale, which is sometimes time consuming. To attract inquiries and potential buyers, all I did was submit my ads before their cut-off time (which was at 5pm, not sure if it's the same til now), then when they have approved it, I would be at the top of the list!

I agree that AyosDito is a good place to check out items. I'm not into selling stuff online though, but I've been lurking around this site to check out good deals for cameras naman. :)
ReplyDeleteI will try AyosDito one of these days. Thanks for sharing your experiences, sis..
