Need To Diet For 3 Months

image from greenlifeweightloss.com
I went to the doctor yesterday to consult about the results of my ultrasound and blood chemistry tests.  The ultrasound was for the liver and it showed that I have fatty liver.  The triglyceride and VLDL levels in my blood were high and even my blood sugar and cholesterol levels were a bit off the normal range although it's not that alarming yet.  The doctor said I'd be fine with just diet, exercise and taking Sylimarine capsules once a day for 3 months.

I know it's my fault.  I haven't really paid that much attention to what I put in my mouth and I haven't been religious in exercising and taking health supplements.  Starting today, I have to watch what I eat and try my best to suppress my cravings for sinful food like chocolates, cakes and other sweets (Darn! they're my favorite! Lol) and to not procrastinate on exercising so that I'd eventually loose weight and gain normal results on  my blood tests and ultrasound results after 3 months.

Well, it's going to be hard, since I usually fail in my attempts to loose weight, but this time, I have to do it - and I believe that I can. :)

  2. Doing a diet for 3 months can be hard if you are not persistent with your program. You must have self-discipline to do so. Achieving your desired weight and to make your laboratories normal requires double effort.

Good luck on your pursuits Trish.
